PLC Print was fantastic. After the last-minute rebrand, we had a very tight deadline to get our shirts printed for maybe the most powerful presentation of our lives. I love these guys! I looked to perfect bind a 36-page full-color artist sketchbook to sell at APE and other conventions. Every other printer I spoke to insisted that it wasn’t possible to perfect bind a book that small, except PrintLife. And they nailed it. Their responses to emails are fast. Their communication and quality were the best I’ve found in my six years of making these little books. And what’s more, they’re local! No shipping! The colors were great, the quote was reasonable, and the book looks very professional, much more so than saddle stitching. I will happily return to them for my next sketchbook job!
PLC printing capabilities extend far past your standard 2-sided color postcard. The nice thing about working with them is that they ask you what you need, discuss it with you, then come to an ideal solution. I like being able to have an old-fashioned telephone conversation instead of being put through the gang-run online printing mill. PLC’s prices, customer service, turnaround time, custom work, and paper selection are better than any printer I’ve used in the Bay Area AND online. And they deliver to my door.
